Refund and/or exchange policy will be effective within the first 30 days of your purchase at NUTRISHOP. However, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, then the exchange and/or refund policies will no longer be effective.

Refunds & Exchange Criteria:

• Only sealed and unused items in their original company packaging will be considered for the above policies

• The product has to be in its original company packing for a return to be valid
• Return is only possible through a shopping receipt, bill or a valid purchase proof
• Items that have been purchased in sale will not be refunded.
• If purchased item falls under the “gift” category, return will be in the form of gift credit that will be given to you

Exchanges

Replacement is only valid in case of item defect or damage. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customer@Nutrishop.pk and send your item to 77 Shah Jamal Rd, Shah Jamal Shadman, Lahore, Punjab 54600.

Partial refunds are granted:

• In case of the item being unoriginal, defaulted or having missing some parts due to fault of distributor (item damaged or defected due to company’s fault is not included here)
• In case of the item being sent back after more than 30 days of purchase.

An e-mail will be sent to you to notify when your return is received by the company. You will also be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund. You have to be approved in order for your refund to be processed further. In further processing, a credit shall be activated automatically to your credit card or to the original payment method.

Late or missing refunds

• In case of not receiving your fund, recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, some-time is required before the official posting of your refund.

Shipping

• You are requested not to send the product back to the manufacturer. It should be sent to the Address mentioned here as: 77 Shah Jamal Rd, Shah Jamal Shadman, Lahore, Punjab 54600
• The shipping cost must be from your own expense in case of return of any item
• Shipping costs are not refunded. If a refund is received by you, then the cost of the return shipping shall be deducted from your respective refund
• The time limit for the product to reach you might be different depending on your given location
• You are requested to understand that we might not necessarily receive your sent back item
